Privacy policy
Applies to Drive Folder Uploader. Last updated: 26 October 2026.
Google user data the application accesses
The application accesses Google Drive on behalf of the Google account that authorised it, through the Google Drive API. It uses that access for one purpose only: uploading files to a single folder designated by the operator.
The permission shown on the Google consent screen may be broader than this single use, because Google offers no narrower scope. The application nevertheless does not read, modify or delete any other content in Drive.
How the data is stored
- Uploaded files remain in the designated folder in the authorising account's own Google Drive. Deleting a file there deletes it.
- The OAuth token is stored on a server operated by the operator and is used solely for the upload described above.
- Processing records on that server may retain file names and, for a limited retention period of a few days, file contents. They are then deleted automatically.
How the data is shared
It is not. Google user data is not disclosed to third parties, not sold, and not used for advertising, profiling or training artificial-intelligence models.
Revoking access and deleting data
- Revoke the application's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The application stops working immediately.
- Delete uploaded files in the designated Drive folder.
- To have processing records deleted before the retention period expires, write to the contact address below.
Changes
This policy is updated whenever the application's behaviour changes. The date of the last update is shown above.
